1.   Crossing arms in solidarity – A social media campaign

The Women Cell of HATIM in observation of the International Women’s Day 2022 on 8th March 2022 initiated a social media campaign where the college community members as well outsiders were invited to strike the IWD 2022 pose and share it on various social media platforms using a hashtag #BreakTheBias to encourage further people to commit to helping forge an inclusive world. These pictures along with the hashtag are posted and shared through the college official instagram page. The campaign was seen to be a huge success as numerous numbers of participation were received; the participants hence are believed to actively call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping each time they see it in the future.
